Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 12th March 2025
1. Cancellation by Customer
– Cancellations within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations 2-5 days before scheduled execution will incur a 25% processing fee.
– Cancellations within 48 hours of execution are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by ATUG
– In the event of unforeseen issues (e.g., weather, delays), ATUG may cancel/reschedule.
– Full refunds will be provided if cancelled without rescheduling.
3. Refunds
– Processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
– Partially used services (e.g., AMC) are non-refundable.
4. Product Returns
– Customized/live plants are non-returnable unless damaged in delivery.
– Damages must be reported within 24 hours with photo proof.
